Guys im sorry for posting this here,i dont know russian,so idk where i posted this,but i need help.i want to play on zm server but i cant because i always get banned because of subnet.I dont know how to use icq bla bla thing so i posted this here...please help, i really want to play on that server.....why u dont stop that subnet thing? make no sense(atleast for me). Please help guys!! thank you.

The message just means big number of banned ip on your subnet. You can call to your provider and just ask him to change your ip address, maybe it'll cost something. Or you can contact with the owner of this servers Siras, in this case you shouldn't use icq client 7.2 or more versions, use analogues or clients of lower version.
