well, i will try to explain you... here are all your bans and as you can see, you were banned for wh, and you didn't wait for a month and entered before, so here is your second ban... demo is a file in your csstrike folder(but this folder is in main cs folder) it is a video with your game, just host it in www.rapidshare.com and put a link here, bur console log you will see, if just try to connect server and press ~ button. it looks like this

is this retarded or only the system from admins is really sry saying this i liked u ... but when i get ban for wh and i didnt do any.... so i should get ban for month or wtf ... like wtf system is this like if i cheat or something i wouldnt say but i cant instal on this pc even adobe reader cause of no admin privig on pc ... so how could i instal a hack program ? and i want to see when i cheated next thing !

>.< if you aren't cheater, then post demo and ou will be unbanned, but system is that cheater, who got ban for month has dynamic IP can enter after some minutes/hours, so if that happens admin must ban him again untill his ban gets expired

If you are cheating, admin mustn't to record demo, it is yiur problem, but demo's format is .dem, so use search
