I think voteban should remain on the server because it helps the usual players chase cheaters and blockers.
but in its present form it is illegitimate, since an irregular configuration.
also must not forget that there are people who abuse /voteban for selfish purposes.

Но я думаю Олег не будет переделывать вотебан, чтобы он ком иль фо робил, а мелочные пиплы... Эту проблему нужно в рамках всей Росии решать Very Happy

Да и кстати, на зм в принципе админов много и вотебан не так уж жизненно необходим.

It's better to correct voteban that would be less disputable situations, and sometimes on this server someone player turns out one of the persons who has voted but another players haven't voted and contrary it ban is occurs. Also I consider it's a many minuses of voteban uses because if there's no special reasons for ban it's simply for noobs and cheaters.
